Travell is a multi-million dollar real estate sales producer who has worked every aspect of the Real Estate Industry, representing sellers, buyers, and investors.

However, much of Travell's 20-year professional career was as a television news anchor and reporter in several states across the country, including Virginia, Florida, Nevada, Illinois, and Mississippi.

Travell is a Chicago native and graduated from Columbia College with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and Television. He also studied Political Reporting at American University in Washington, D.C. Then continued his education at Jackson State University in Mississippi as a graduate student studying Political Science.

Respected by his colleagues for his exceptional track record, problem-solving, and leadership skills, Travell strives to give superior knowledge of the local markets and be the single point of contact for all Real Estate needs in Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.1 and Florida.

Travell is also the President and CEO of NewLife Property Solutions, a Real Estate investing and rehab company he founded in 2013. He leverages his experience as a successful business owner to serve his clients with high-tech, cutting-edge marketing techniques, savvy negotiations, and personal touches.

Travell's professional memberships include The National Association of REALTORs@, The Maryland Association of REALTORS@, and The Prince George's County Association of REALTORS  He sits on the Board of Directors for The Jazz Steppers Youth Drill Team and Drum Corps.

Over the years, he's also volunteered for many non-profit organizations, including The Urban League and the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

His strategies are tested and proven through his sustained success as an investor, individual agent, team leader, real estate coach, as well as the founder of one of the fastest-growing and most productive Real Estate teams.
