Travell Eiland is a Broker Associate and REALTOR® with The Concierge Agency at Samson Properties, a residential real estate firm serving Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. The agency runs on three core values: have fun, help people, and provide a five-star client experience.
Travell is a multi-million dollar producer with 16 years in the business who has worked every side of the industry, representing sellers, buyers and investors. He is a Certified Listing Specialist and Certified Real Estate Negotiator, known for a structured, story-driven approach to complex situations — expired and withdrawn listings, probate, divorce, estates and investment properties.
Before real estate, Travell spent 17 years as a television news anchor and reporter in markets across Florida, Nevada, Virginia, Illinois and Mississippi, earning two Emmy Awards. That work shaped how he serves clients today: step into a complicated situation, understand what is really happening, and explain it clearly so people can make a well-informed decision.
A Chicago native, Travell graduated from Columbia College with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and Television and holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from Jackson State University.
Travell is also the President and CEO of New Life Property Solutions, a real estate investing and renovation company founded in 2013. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Maryland Association of REALTORS®, the Prince George's County Association of REALTORS® and the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS®, and serves on the Board of Directors of The Jazz Steppers Youth Drill Team and Drum Corps. His methods are tested through sustained success as an investor, individual agent, team leader and coach.
He is the creator of C.L.A.S.S. (The Concierge Listing and Agent Servicing System), the same operating system that runs The Concierge Agency, packaged so other agents, brokers and investors can run their businesses on it. Through C.L.A.S.S., he trains real estate professionals on the marketing, follow-up and client-service systems behind his own results, and he has been a guest speaker at Keller Williams events around the country.
