I wasn't at all ready to dive into selling my home. It just dawned on me one day that I was working too hard in trying to maintain two homes and my quality of life was diminishing, let alone, it was still during the time of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic! I wanted to lessen the work I had to do, so I decided to call Travell Eiland, who had sent me a flyer in the mail to see, just see, inquire, into what it would take to start the work of selling my home. I normally would not rate a review of 5 stars off the bat, without any room for improvement, however, this is surely an exceptional case, and I will tell you why in as few words as I can, albeit it deserves a book in writing! Then came that fateful day in early March, when I met Travell at my home at North Beach, MD. Immediately, we somehow, clicked, we both had our face masks on and couldn't see our smiles, just those trusting eyes. I felt very comfortable showing Travell around my home and he instantly advised and guided me on how the process would work and how it would all work out for me. I had sold a condo before, so I had some idea, but never a Townhouse. He shared his successes with me and his portfolio and he insured me, with the great state that my home was in, we could start the sale process and have an Open House my late March and have the home sold by April (3rd week). I was very pleased with how Travell helped guide me and was a no-nonsense type of person, he got right down to the nitty gritty and we made a commitment that day. I was going to go with his professional expertise and guidance and not work with anyone else. We started the process, the company his hires for staging came that next week and inspected what I needed to have removed from the home in order for the staging to be just right. I began clearing out the home, slowly day after day, and got all every thing out. The staging was done and the home looked superb! Professional photos were taken of the house inside and outside, and everything was completed, and as promised, Travell put the home on the market on time and he also held the Open House towards the end of March, as planned. that very weekend of the Open House, we got 3 offers at full price. The sale process and paper work began! The potential buyer scheduled the Home Inspection and the Appraiser. Travell, was superb at guiding me through the whole sale process, holding my hand all the way. The very special thing about Travell, is he is extremely responsive, very caring, knowledgeable and willing to take a risk. He and I worked together side by side and Travell responds all through the day or night. Although, I was not Travell's only client I am sure, he made it seem like I was. He gave me 100% and more of this time and attention. He is very hard working and never ever let me down. He knows his work well, he was so impressive and a true gem to find amongst the many Realtors! We both kept our promises. He sold my home and I was committed in his trust. I would like to wish Travell many more successes going forward and a wonderful career in selling homes!
